Kalyana Centre for Mindfulness is a place to discover the tools and techniques leading to experience the world and oneself with more clarity, understanding and compassion. The ancient methods of developing mindfulness has helped countless people all over the world to create less stress and difficulties and to come to a place of inner peace and harmony. Kalyana is a word from the Pali language which has many meanings such as beautiful, uplifting, lovely, generous, beneficial, auspicious, good companion, spiritual friend, generous, happy and healthy.
